About
I'm Tom Collier — a red team operator in the defense industry, based on the UK's south coast. For the last three years I've emulated advanced threat actors against enterprise-scale environments: intelligence-driven campaigns, covert and overt, planned and executed end-to-end and reported all the way up to the executives who need to act on them.
The other thread of my career is competition infrastructure. I'm the technical lead behind an international cyber-defense competition — 1,200+ cloud instances serving 1,900+ students on three continents — and that experience became Flagpost, an open-source CTF platform built the way I wished the tooling had worked.
